Type Locality and Naming
Along the Murzarabat River, Prishchekent District. F.P. Korsakov, 1965 (240, p.88). The term is used in a limited sense.
Synonym: Murzarabat Series, Murzabat Gr, Мурзарабадская сер.
Lithology and Thickness
Divided into two suites: a lower Belderesay Fm and an upper Aksakatay Fm. Thickness 300-700m.

It lies conformably, sometimes with erosion, on the Chirchik Gr, marine Paleogene, or Paleozoic
